Viapren/ Pharmazone Labs: The Free samples come with a replenishment plan that you must agree to in order to get the sample. The customer service number you are told to call to cancel (within 10 days of the phone order) except no one answers. 3 calls in two days resulted in 35 minutes on hold with no one answering the phones. I did find a direct company phone number of (408) 247-8967. The message says that they are open 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday. I would suggest that everyone who has been scamed by this company call their direct number. I have filed a complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General for follow up. I have filed a dispute with my credit card as well.
