10/16/2017 I had ordered a 2001 jeep grand cherokee transmission and i got a 2001 jeep cherokee transmission the one i got will not fit i even gave them the vin# to conform it would fit. They did not ship the grand they shipped the reglar. When i tried to return for a refund i would be minus $189 shipping from them to me plus $189 shipping from me to them when it was only $130 for the transmission leaveing me to lose over $248 if my math is correct. When i called 10/19/2017 i got told i lose my $189 plus i have to pay $189 to ship it them to get $130 refund. so i am calling this a scam sell 1 thing and ship another.
