Partyka Chevrolet, Inc. Told information that My sister didn't realize she would be paying more on her car then expected. She was a first time car buyer and she felt like she was taking advantage of. Internet
My sister bought her first time car at Partyka Chevrolet Dealership. The Financial Person didn't explain the warranty part to her the right way. They said she would be paying $60.00 dollars more on her monthly car payment for the warranty on her car, but didn't give her the actual price which was almost $2,000 dollars so her $209 car payment is now $307 car payment. My sister would have not gotten the extended car warranty if she knew this. To make things worse she never signed the warranty contract binding this decision. They also charged her for the ani-theft on her car which is $199.00 but didnt tell her that was an OPTIONAL too. Then they added the tax percentage wrong on her paper work. We cant figure out why they have more taxes put down and we have less. When I spoke with the Financial Person on the phone he also said to me that they gave her the GAP Insurance which he said the bank requires this. Well I looked at the Insurance and read that this product is OPTIONAL! It was something my sister didn't need to get, but he said the bank requires you to have this. The thing is my sister wasn't Financing the whole balance she had a trade in and money down so this Insurance really didn't need to be aquired. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. When I bought my car at a different dealership I had a better experience then my sister went through. You get no deals whats so ever off your car. My sister is paying more for her car then its worth now. We are both very disappointed with this Company. Also my brother bought his First time car at the same place, so having a referral didnt help us at all.
