Very simple, I purchased an espresso machine it arrived damaged. I sent it back, the company denies receipt and is refusing to credit my account. EVERYTHING IS GREAT DURING THE PURCHASE BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE DISAPPEARS AFTER THET GET YOUR MONEY!!!
