At the link above (Better Business Bureau of West Florida), you will see that 51 of 56 complaints against this company were unresolved after 1 year. Basically, the people involved open websites, take orders, but do not ship any merchandise to anyone. They use multiple websites.
I believe at least 7 sites. I have listed 5 or 6 of them in messages at this site, and made BBB aware of them, although the national and West Florida BBB were already aware of at least 3 of the sites they have been using. They post links to their fake websites in blogs all over the internet. In nearly all cases, they hype about how honest and trustworthy they are.
They use the names Jami, Cathy and Jeff, and anything they blog about is accompanied by a link to passionshops.com. For example, they will be at a blog about mac computers, with nothing to do with their sites (I am being careful not to use the word products here, because there are no actual products, just pictures of products that no one ever receives) and they will post a link to passionshops.com.
The 3 websites the BBB lists (hopefully, the list will be updated soon to cover their new sites also) are...
