Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Please save yourself the heartache and money of dealing with Passport Ready.com and its crooked owner Hans Uddyback.  I sent away to have my daughter's passport expedited in 2-3 business days 2 weeks before our family trip to Romania.  I paid their fee and was assured that I would have the passport in plenty of time.  Day after day passed and no passport.

They are impossible to get a hold of and do not respond to e-mails.  I called and called and got nothing but excuses and empty promises.  With only three days left before our trip I asked Hans to send back my daughter's old passport so I would try to travel with that.  He promised he would.  Sadly he was a liar.  The day of the trip, no call, no e-mail, no passport.  I tried over and over to call and e-mail.  Nothing.  Passport Ready is completely inept or fraudulent.  I have told every person I know not to business with them and to warn their friends as well.

I can understand not being able to get the passport because of problems, but Hans was not even man enough to simply communicate with me.  He lied and stole my money.  After I contact authorities, magically my passport was ready and showed up 2 days after my trip.  The tickets cost close to $3000 and I had to see the tears in my 5 year old daughter's face as she couldn't go to Romania.  I asked repeatedly for a refund and the cowards never even had the decency to respond.

Please do not trust something as important as your passport with this inept company.  You will lose your money and miss your plane.  To this day I have given them repeated chances to make things right, to simply refund my money, that is the least they could do, but they haven't.  So I will spend as much time as I can warning people not to use them.  Steer clear of Passport Ready and their crooked headman Hans Uddyback.

A New low for Passport Ready.com

Fri, May 07, 2010

Since early in March 2010 I have tried to deal with Passport Ready.com.  I asked them for a refund for failing to provide the services I paid for.  I asked that they simply refund the expediting fee.  No response.  I tried one more time.  No response.  I contacted the Better Business Bureau, which contacted them twice.  Passport Ready.com and Hans Uddyback refused to response to the BBB.

On Wednesday Hans sent me an e-mail threatening to sue me.  Sue me! For what?  It shows you what kind of fraudulent kind of company this is.  I have every right to share my experience from this company and from  searching the internet and talking to other customers, I am not the only one to be ripped off my PASSPORT READY.com.

I wished I had done more investigation before I used their services, but if you are reading this, please find another reputiable passport expeditor and steer clear of this company who did  not fulfill their service promises or even have the decency to respond to e-mails and phone calls.  Now they rely on hollow threats to scare me away.  I would strongly recommend not using PASSPORT READY.com.  Don't get taken for a ride.
