unless you took a cash advance, the down payment is considered borrowed by a third party(the credit card company). on the reverse side of the contract should a section in the dealer assignment area attesting to the fact that the monies was not borrowed(downpayment)I'm not an attorney, but this should invalidate the contract. good luck

Hello; I just read the complaint against Pat Clark GMC, and wanted to know if it was possible to provide my contact info to the victim. The customer states that they paid by credit card. I've worked in the credit card industry, and know for a fact that Pat Clark CANNOT charge the customer for services not rendered. All this customer needs to do is contact their credit card company and explain the situation. I would be more than happy to help in any way possible, if the customer did not get the charge reversed. I realize you may not be able to provide this customers contact info to me, however; feel free to provide my contact info to the individual, and let them know that someone is willing to help if they can. You may contact me via this website and reference this report: [email protected] Thanks for your time,
