Pat Dean had an ad in Elegant Living magazine here in Pflugerville TX so I called the magazine and they contacted him for me. He came to the house and gave me an estimate for the landscape design work He would do. We signed a contract and I paid him a large deposit over $3000. It took him 3 weeks to send a crew over and they oh completed 1/4 of the job. He conned me into believing the job was finished but it was not and not done correctly. Now he has my $9000 and I have a yard that looks worse than it did to start with. I have to hire an electrician to repair what he broke abd a new landscaper to come and fix the huge mess Pat Dean made in my yard. He has been reported to the bbb.
