Dear Rip Off Report and Potential Customers: Mr. Fred xxx did come into our dealership and purchase a vehicle on March 7, 2006. Mr. Fred xxx agreed to put $ 1,000.00 down on the vehicle. At the time of the sale, Mr. Fred xxx did not have his full downpayment and requested that this dealership give him some time to put it together. His request was granted and he issued two checks in the amount of $500.00 each to Pat Egan Automotive. One was to be deposited immediately and the other to be deposited at a later date. In addition to the lack of funds for the downpayment, Mr. Fred xxx did not have any money to -purchase insurance on that vehicle as required by the State of Arizona. Again Mr. Fred xxx requested that this company help him and again his request was granted. This company issued a check to ABC Insurance in the amount of $196.86. Several days later Mr. Fred xxx check in the amount of $ 500.00 had been returned by his bank. It was stamped "payment stopped". We immediately called Mr. Fred xxx for an explanation, but he refused to take our calls. Several days went by and we were forced to contact his first seargent. This seemed to be the only way to speak to Mr. Fred xxx . As you can see Mr. Fred xxx has left out the most relavant and important details. Mr. Fred xxx should also know that this company holds a banking license issued by the State of Arizona. He signed a legal and binding contract for which he is in default. Mr. Fred xxx also forgets to state that he was refunded $196.86 by ABC Insurance company. Mr. Fred xxx initally agreed to refund Pat Egan Automotive this amount, but now refuses. I would suggest that if Mr. Fred xxx wants any type of resolve that he should contact me personally. I am a reasonable and fair person and always respond to my customer complaints or problems. Thank You
