Order clothes for Christmas on Dec 9, 2019 - their website said 10 days for processing - what they didn't tell you is that it can take up to 3 weeks after processing for delivery.  This means it takes a whole month to receive a product. 

My son still hasn't received the gift.  The main headquarters is out of California but the clothing is from China.

I wouldn't ever order from such a website that boasts that they issue no refunds in any circumstance. That policy is designed to benefit the company and not the consumer. I am a regular consumer that shops mostly online but not from companies that appear 'shady' such as this company.

I wouldn't be surprised if your order never shows up. There are several red flags that indicate this company isn't on the up and up including photoshopped images on the front page of the website in addition to the terrible refund policy. Protect yourself. Cancel the order through your credit card and order from a legitimate company. JMO.
