Scam Artist Patricia Bonner rip me off on rental property by not paying. Unpaid Security deposit of one thousand dollars. Four months of unpaid rent and moving in unauthorized individuals, Tenant was very hostile and argumentative when I asked for the rent. Tenant started making false statements about the three bedroom condo in the Evergreen area of San Jose California. May 10, 2011 Patricia Bonner and I did a walk though of the condo for a move-in inspection acceptance she read and approved and signed the form.
May 12, 2010 I received a call from patricia Bonner stating that the Carpets were smelling really bad and it needs to be steam cleaned, I had it cleaned the Carpets were just cleaned in February of 2010 and the Carpets are only a year old. May 17, 2010 I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating that the windows and blinds were dirty and the blinds did not work, upon checking the windows and blinds were clean and working. May 19, 2010 I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating that the water from the sink was yellow, upon checking out the water it was clear not yellow.
May 27, 2010 I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating that the stove was not working upon checking out the stove it was working.June 02,2010 I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating that the pull chain to the ceiling fan was not working upon checking out the ceiling fan it was not working, but was working on the day of the walk though May 10,2010. Patricia made a request that I fix it.
June 07,2010 I received a call from Patricia Bonner who stated that she needs my help paying for a attorney to clear her name in a identity theft case and asked me for thousand dollars I did not give it to herJuly 05,2010I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating her rent will be late. July 23,2010 rent still not paid. August she was issued a 30 days notice to quit it was ignore, a 3 Day notice it to was ignore. September 30,2010 I received a call from Patricia Bonner stating that she does not have the rent she not going any wear do what you have to do I know how to play the game see you in court.
I had to hire Mike Hogan Eviction Attorney to have her evicted, the judgment entered on date 12/27/2010 and she was evicted January 18, 2011 still has not paid and ignores the judgment by the court.COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA Public Access Civil Case Information Website Case Number 1-10-CV-188345 Unlawful Detainer Residential-Limited File Date 11/23/2010 the judgment is for $5896.80, Feb 24,2011 with interest $5921.80 and going up. She drives a gray Jeep 6cxy579
