Patricia Wilson, Grum, Jayme, Hanna, Trish Uses multiple phone numbers, names, and ranch names to market horses, which are misrepresented. Avinger, Gilmer, Longview, Linden, Ore City Texas
I am an investigator with the Ms Livestock & Agriculture Theft Bureau, Patricia Wilson is under investigation for multiple false pretense, interstate banking transactions connected to her internet horse trading business. She has multiple victims across the United States from Nebraska to Florida.
In the summer of 2007 she sold a child safe horse to one victim in Ms, which was shipped without improper papers and the horse is not as represented. Loss to date in excess of $2000. Another victim in Nebraska received a registered horse without papers which she still has not furnished. She would not receive the horse when returned and the victim sold it at a horse sale. Loss to date in excess of $4500.
In January 2008 she sold a #1 rated dressage horse to a victim in Ms which failed to be the horse represented in her ads. She refuses to take the horse back from the victim. Loss to date in excess of $4500.
My initial attempt to assist the Ms victims has not been successful as the crime originates in Texas. There has been little cooperation from the Texas authorities as no complainats have been filed with their agencies. Ms Wilson assured me that she would work to satisfy the victims but only stalls using numerous excuses and reasons for her actions.
She uses multiple names, phone numbers and web sites to sell under multiple names but close investigation by the victims found that she uses the same telephone numbers consistently. The three numbers she uses are 903-742-9942, 903-562-1598, 903-562-1599.
The Texas Board of Animal Health assigned Richard Wagner to investigate her actions and he assured me that she would be handled. I have had no response from him since the initial complaint.

OK This MAN has no LEGITIMATE complaint sO THE RESPONSE IS THAT OF QUESTION........... THIS PERSON ( Sonny ) mississippi has a personal vindetta WHO by the way has complaints with the district on his behavior and harrassment issues. NO one has contacted me to rectifiy anything. Im availible 24/7 and my ranch is Etex Equine. ONLY. Noone else and the others he has listed are ranches I sell horses for. I do consignments and broker horses for other ranches,trainers,owners,in the whole state of Texas as well as 10 other states. So there information is listed with my contact for the horse Im not the owner so False MISREPRESENTATION would be my claiming I own the horse. That is someone elses. The contracts are posted prior to selling the horse LIES LIES LIES.. you can post anything on ripoffreport for personal gain or vindetta ... ********************* LOOK AT THE DATES POSTED... ALL COMPLAINTS... SAME DATE....HELLO!!!!

I have ONE NAME.. One Phone number (personal) One Cell and One office. The horses and company I have is a Consignment and Brokerage COMPANY.. That means not all the horses are mine I have one name address and ranch name, My clients however may have there info and my contact information. It would be misleading to state I own the horses sold when I dont.The Nebraska horse stated below was not sold as registered nor advertised as such. He was IBHA eligible. Buckskin registerable. FYI: THE HORSE WAS NEVER RETURNED TO ME. AS HE CLAIMS. The #1 dressage horse?? Ive never had one. I had a horse trained in dressage. His name is bigfoot. BUT he isnt a #1 rated? I have no clue what he is refering to. As for the MS horse. I havent refused to do anything after receiving 3 Harrassing emails from this Sonny person. I am letting my attorney handle the matter. And if i read correctly 2 complaints in 2007. ok I have a rough est of horses placed in 2007. its over 500. that is a AWESOME average I think. I cant make everyone happy. I have vet bills monthly over 2k. SO that the paperwork is correct and in order including vet checks and coggins, microchipps etc. I also have extensive video footage and photos of each equine sold for future records, It is hard to have horses without someone trying them. However, I do not beg anyone to buy the horses. They are invited to try the horse at our residence and have a vet exam done prior to purchase or shipment.
