Very unprofessional. Arrived late and provided very little notice. The job was very sloppy, left a mess and did not clean up at all. Showed up without any help to install an 82" TV! I was required to help him lift on and lift off the TV from the Mount. I had to keep reminding him because he'd forget one thing or the other. For example tightening the screws on the Mount after lifting the TV on to it. Save yourself!! Please go with a more professional installation. I got duped by the reviews on Amazon. Extremely disappointing experience for us. Also, he sound like a child when he speaks.
