Complaint Review: Patrick Rene Academy Development - Internet

My name is Dr. Thomas Jennings and I'm affiliated with Plaswallusa.com I know both Rene' Patrick (an honest Business man) and I also KNOW Stephen Schurmann (a Professional Con-Artist/Con-Man) I came to know and understand the business transactions that occurred between Rene' and Stephen Schurmann. After doing a background check; due diligence for standard operating procedure.

It came to attention of Rene' that Stephen Schurmann had pretty templates and web sites on the internet, yet lacked ANY real company; legitimate that is, when the companies on his web pages were found out nonexistent. There were no factories, no employees, and no legitimate phone numbers to speak to company representatives. Upon this back ground dossier, Rene' did not want to commit legitimate business funds from his company and do business with Stephen Schurmann who Mis-represented himself and his company; which were all FALSE information, smoke and mirrors.

When NO-Funds were exchanged; Stephen Schurmann was highly offended that Rene' did NOT want to do further business transactions, he began his MO. His Modus Operandi and standard business practice was to TRY to deface, defame, and illegitimize Rene's business practices. He then began to totally try to destroy Rene's company by making up FALSE/FAKE accusations and try to ruin this Man's legitimate company. He then dived directly into an incessant Rant and Raving on the internet to destroy Rene's company. A perfect example was when Stephen Schurmann was in the Philippines; he had Teeth Surgery done.

He was extremely dissatisfied with the Oral Surgeon who performed the operation because he had to pay a full price. He tried to Cheat his way out of the completed surgery and then obsessively tried to discredit and destroy the Oral Surgeons clinical practice. He had done this repeatedly to people and businesses of persons who found that he was Fake and a professional Con-Artist.

He has tried to do this with Mark Taylor and now with Richard Waters of Plaswallusa.com

Mr schurmann has a long career as Internet conman and has a reputation to attack anyone that spoils his party , he can post as many lies as he wants , we encourage this as it draws the correct attention to him and lets the public know , every time he rebuts puts him higher up the search engines , we have nothing to hide and we are REAL , real projects real houses and real building system he is an internet phoney only thing he has is in alabama our equipment and few panels from us for his startup , he has not intentions of building anything just using his shop window to sell licences , our company will not ask for money unless you first visit us in Manila and only after we feel you can do justice to our system do we discuss actual licence or franchise , he has posted many lies and fairy tales , he even hacked our purschasing guys computer and sent emails to all his suppliers and friends , this did no damage other than explaining who schurmann is as we have been working with all these people for 10 years he will not damage our marketing as we dont have any , we do not push to sell franchises we only give by word of mouth from existing customers , below is a few of the works of Mr Schurmann that we have uncovered , and to be sure the effected partys are willing to assist , read his postings and rantings is this a professional buisnessman ?

exposed him then posts under different name , but caught out by using same name
again to attack a reputable broker for same thing exposing him

This is what happens when Mr Schurmann doesnt like the
postings on ripoff report , he attacks ripoff report and owner directly trying
to convince the world he is honest and ripoff report is allowing lie to be
posted about him and ripoff report itself is a con , then ironically uses
ripoff report for his own lies and attacks against any innocent party that
exposes or questions him.

Sept 2010 so is the true experiences of others , note the fact that he tries to
convince public that he is a global group when he is realy a one man band with
no projects ,track record or even a single deal or building done todate .

This posting was done by someone in USA suspicious of
Schurmanns wild claims on website , v,s existing information already on the net
about him , including to our shock a link to the rental house he had while he
was here in Manila , we were shocked at this as he was in our office the day
after he did this smiling and thanking us for giving him the opportunity to be
the pioneer of our system in USA

All postings by Mr schurmann are fake and in retribution for exposing him , our credibilty is without question we are an 11 year old company operating in 7 countrys , and yes realy not as Mr Schurmann imaginery in his little virtual world , he is a con man and a fake very little needs to be checked to expose this , anyone wnats to know the truth just contact us www.sterlingforms.com 

I was also a victim of Stephan Schurmann, he also posted lies agains me to jeoperdize me using Vanessa Parker, I have wrote to rip off report and told them to immidiately remove the posting because my Lawyer says that if it was not posted by the person that says it posted then the posting is not a valid posting, therfore it has to be removed, because who are we going to sue, Vanessa Parker? but she did not post it.

We are preppering a law suit against Stephan Shurmann, Vanessa Parker, and Rip off Report .com, because this posting has geoperdised the sales of myFeature Film Duel of Legends into the Millions of dollars, specially with International Buyers, because they read this false invalid posting of my person on this not reliable website, that does not verify peoples identyties before they post, they should at least do that, that way we can defend ourselves when someone lies to geoperdize us, or our business, if you also have been geoperdize by this person(s) email me at (((Redacted))) also let me know if you know were this Stephan Schurmann is, or his mailing address. maybe you can make the law suit stronger.

This report was filed not by Vanessa Parker, but by a Mr. Stephan Schurmann of a company called 21 equity homes, villa in a box and equity panels. The company, claims to provided no front fees commercial loans. We are a UK based finanace brokerage, always on the lookout for new lenders. We contacted Mr. Schurmann on the 8th of September 2009. Mr. Stephan Schurman replied and forwarded us documents. Within minutes it became clear that his company is not a loan company but a building company. At this stage we did some more in-depth research and to our surprise found that Mr.Stephan Schurman's company was indeed already reported within ripoff report. As a result, we challenged Mr,. Stephan Schurmann and asked whether he could explain why he said he was a direct lender when this was clearly not the case and sent to him the report as was filed in rip-off report. He claimed that this can happen to anyone and reports can indeed be fake.. We told him that we were not interested in dealing with him... Just 15 minutes later and to our shock, Mr. Stephan Schurmann, posted this complete and utter fabricated report about our highly respectful company.. We have all evidence on the correspondence which was exchanged on the 8th of September and can provide this to any interested parties. His entire report was an act of highly unethical and untrue submission. We know that it was Mr. Schurmann and also that Vanessa Parker was just used as not to identify the true Author. We have never dealt with Mr. Schurmann and ask him to provide any evidence to the contrary. We have all the evidence and are extremely willing to share this information.
