Patron Funding Patron Estates fraud mortgage fake lender New York, New York
I work in the mortgage industry. I was trying to get funding for a customer who had 'difficult credit' and was looking for a refinance. In walked Patron Funding. They requested money up front for their services from the customer.The customer paid. He supplied all of the documents needed. What happened? Nothing. They have suddenly disappeared with my customer's money. I called the New York state Banking Commission. They have no record of this company.
Bottom line: Avoid this company like the Patron Funding (a.k.a. Patron Estates.) They only want to steal your money!

Please note: We did not have any DTI or LTV issues with this customer. They claimed to be a hard money lender (which they aren't) so credit wasn't an issue.
