I bought 20 pairs of nike shoes to Patty A Fuller.

She claims to sell authentic nike shoes that come from a licensed nike factory and that she can provide full paperwork

I did wait almost 2 months and a half after I made my payment to receive a call from the customs. They held the shoes because they were fakes.

I asked patty to refund me, like she promised if there have even one problem with the shoes or if the shoes did not pass through the customs.

She told me that the shoes she sells are authentic until I have sent her the proof that I get from the customs where it is writing that the shoes are fakes

She said she will refund me but I did not receive anything I got her contact by buying a wholesaler list from ibuildstar.com

in 2005 i contacted patty fuller about an order for authentic nike shoes for my store..Patty confirmed that her shoes were authentic.after several emails back and forth, patty told me about the calender ordering system , which you order shoes on a monthly basis ahead of time by paying a deposit and you recieve the shoes before there release date..after she explained the system to me , i placed an order with her.after wiring her the money , i nerver received any of my order.she has refuse to respond to my emails, and when she did respond she has lied repeately. she nervers answer the phone.i have been trying to contact her for a refund for over 3 years now.I have all the emails of Patty confirming my orders, i have the bank account info were i sent the transfer.Patty is a fraud, and she will not get away with what she did..I have been very patiene with patty , trying to give her ever oppurtunity to refund my money.but she chooses to ignore my emails and phone calls.

i have to clear it up for everybody first i received a call from ups saying that they received a package for me held by the customs because the goods in there"the shoes" were fakes. ups asked me to come over to fix out the problem with the customs I went to the customs and asked to see the shoes and how they knew they were fakes they told me that without open the package they already knew that the shoes were fakes because of the origin location of the package and also because of the "invoice",the "factory name" I asked to open the package in front of me,it wasn't open before' and i have seen the shoes and they were fakes,absolutely fakes,not even good imitations,the colors did not exist,at the first sight you can tell without beeing an expert and i do really know the model that i did order I had to pay a 300 fee,they tagged my ID and of course they keeped the package i wouldn't have got it anyway,looking only in authentic shoes so i told patty about everything and first she told me that the shoes were authentics! she never had the shoes in hands but she can told that until i have sent her the proof that i got from the customs and i started to ask about my refund I was very nice at the begining and told her "ok patty maybe it is a mistake because of the particular model that i order,it was the nike air max plus,not very popular in US" and told her ok just refund me and i will forget that she did not so she told me to give her the fax number of the agency that it helds the shoes to send them the "paperwork"??? I told her that the agency she is talking about was the customs because the shoes were fakes which paperwork she wanted to send when the shoes are fakes?? I told her i have seen the shoes they were fakes i did send her the proofs and she keeps saying the same D:!n thing! I have sent lots of mails asking about my refund she told me that i did not want to cooperate??? is it a joke? patty the shoes were fakes! you can do or say whatever you want it won't change anything why i wouldn't wooperate?? my goal was to get authentic nike shoes i did believe in you and you lied to me now you are trying to let people thinking that you sells authentic nike shoes and that i am unprofessional and innappropriate person to deal with? what's wrong with you?are you crazy?how old are you? Order of product was received by Sam. Sam offered that he was aware of difficulties involved upon receiving packages into his country. Upon his packages arriving, the packages became detained. We assured Sam we would handle the problem and requested a fax number of the agency detaining his packages so we could fax necessary documents, to include documents showing proof of authenticity of the products, therefore allowing the agency to release the packages to Sam. Sam refused to forward a fax number to us and refused to work with us at all to achieve him attaining his product he paid for. Although we could have rectified the problem, Sam wouldn't allow that. Instead, Sam insists the products are fakes, refuses our help, and refuses proof of authenticity.
