Paul Andriesse & Reba Andriesse Laptop computer fraud, Ebay Paypal scam, Highest volume dealers of PC's in Winchester Massachusetts
Popular Ebay, Paypal rip-off of listing a top of the line $2000.00 laptop computer on Ebay to be purchased via Paypal. The seller Paul & Reba Andriesse offered to "end the auction early" (Ebay seller ID: svtman33) and sell the laptop directly through Paypal. Paul Andriesse claims "We are one of the highest volume dealers in Winchester, MA of PCs" and to expect shipment in "4-5 days".
2 weeks goes by and he finally responds his business is "bankrupt" but will issue a full refund if I submit the transaction details (name, address, type of computer) in hard copy format to his mailing address P.O. Box 726 Shore Road Winchester, MA 01890. I attempted to issue a refund through Paypal but his Paypal account was closed. Paul Andriesse latest message claims under MA law he has no obligation to refund me which leaves me $2000.00 poorer and Paul Andriesse getting paid for doing nothing and claiming bankruptcy.
