Paul Besancon, who sometimes goes as Pete, is based in PA and NJ mostly, but travels extensively.
He was in fact a CPA and held other certifications and worked for one of the big 5 in the PAST. However he is not a CPA anymore and is not trustworthy.
First red flag, he wanted to know all my finances and then sign a power of attorney so he could negotiate things FOR ME within a week of meeting him.
He also tricked me into using my credit card for a few things then he took advantage of that and charged a week or more of a trip to Miami among other things to the tune of about $5000 -including a check he also stole from me and my brother :o( He said he was going to deposit for me as a favor.... yah... right :( that never happened.
He was teaching at Rutgers for an MBA or CPA class but he is very irradic and has bouts of violent anger that frighten most people. I think they may have let him go. His phone number may have changed and he uses several emails like Tony Stark <[email protected]>
He may represent that he either wants you to work for him or him for you. Sooner or later he'll dissappear with some of your money and leaves a wake of confusion and destruction behind him.
if you come accross Paul who also likes to call himself Tony Stark, or Jack Bauer, and sometimes Pete, he's an older gentlman (~62) but he tells people he's 49 :)
Do not do business with this man. He is very unstable and not a good business associate in any way.
