Mr. Paul Campbell sent me an email asking me if i neededa loan, i applied and was approved.
I asked to see some documentation to the ligitamacy of his business he sent me a certificate the Better Business Bureau.
I had to send $290 for the letter of affidavit of truth,I sent thatto his accountant Okosun Solomon, then he wrote back and said the manager at the Fidality Bank of Ecuador needed $590 more for taxes on the loan which i sent to the same accountant and still no loan

Never ever deal with people like this it is a huge scam. A legit bank would not ask for money upfront on a loan, also they would not be operating in another country.
Kiss that money goodbye and in the future deal only in person with loan officers.
