Same story as everyone else, PDR riped off us and our insurance company with poor quality work, charged for items that were not provided and once you realize what they are doing, it's too late because you've already signed with them. Take my advice, file your lawsuit now and get someone in your home to help you determine all of the things that aren't up to code or weren't done right or the high quailty supplies they billed for are not what they actually used on the job.
Pay a private adjuster to review everything from the estimate to the completed work and then file a lawsuit so they can be put out of business once and for all. I don't know how they got on the "prefered" list with so many insurance companies but they've figured out how to make a nice profit by using sub-standard materials or billing for quality materials and using poor quality materials. Same for the contractors they bring in, we had our floors done twice by their contractor, finally went somewhere else and within a week the floor is completed correctly and with quality materials, no bumps, nothing crooked, no seams coming up, no uneven areas, no bubbles -- I cannot stress enough, get them out of your house asap then work on getting everything done right and file a lawsuit because they are not even in the ballpark with their "settlement" offers, ha ha ha PDR.
My best advice in South Central PA -- stay away from DISHONEST GABE, not trustworthy lied straight to my husbands face about numerous items, blamed everyone but himself and then when you contact his boss, he tries to say there was a misunderstanding -- yeah, the only misunderstanding is him thinking you're an idiot and trying to get away with unethical business practices -- you're caught PDR, get rid of the likes of Gabe, even the crew doesn't like him because they know he is a LIAR to the homeowners and then they have to deal with the complaints !
