Paul Marshall Produce BELONGS IN ATTICA PRISON Batavia. New York
Paul Marshall sold me a 48 ft. refrigerated trailer. After he was given a $5000.00 ( Five thousand dollar) deposit he stole all eight tires and rims from the vehicle and installed 8 defective tires and rims in which the tires started exploding on the very first day the trailer was used.
After paying this a*****e $17,000.00 and refusing to pay the remaining last 2 payments of $500.00 until he gave me a $ 800.00 credit for the stolen tires, Marshall then stole the entire trailer from me. I sued him and his company and won and have been awarded all of my money back without a lawyer, as I represented myself.
In retaliation Marshall and one of his truck drivers on two separate occasions tried to kill me and my young son, who was a passenger in my tractor trailer, by forcing us off the road. Please note in 2003 Marshall was involved in a fatal accident in which a young girl was killed.
As a result of the truck incidents, the Dept. of Transportation in Washington D.C. conducted a massive investigation of their trucking operation and found serious safety and compliance violations and they were fined heavily.
Marshall and his wife, Maureen Torrey-Marshall, then attempted to have me jailed by filing false affidavits stating I was harassing them, threatening them, and trespassing on their property. Due to the false affidavits, I am starting a criminal prosecution of them both and will also file a multi-million dollar fraud, civil rights and conspiracy lawsuit against them and his lawyer, Stephen Jaffey of Pittsford, NY, in Federal Court.
In a seven year investigation I have conducted against Paul Marshall, I have concluded he has ripped off dozens of individuals.
