 I purchaced a Plasma TV from paul's and bought the extended warranty. The Tv broke Paul's set out a service man out to look at it. Told me that it needed a new panel and they probbly would not fix it and that someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hrs. Never got a call back. I called again same answer same response no call back.

Did it about three or four times same response. Finally I recieved a call from so rude woman and said that you eighter get a check for the Tv our a store credit. I refuse the offer i wanted the tv that i bought. They refused, I then called Samsung and explained what was going, Samsung to it apon there self to fix my Tv and they did. So the 250.00 i paid for the extended warranty did not cover any thing, Paul's came out of this with a extra 250 and did not have to coner anything

 This is the usual response from the American Consumer. Since the warrenty DID NOT GIVE THEM THEIR WAY, they feel its perfectly justifiable to LIE and SLANDER a business doing everything in their power to follow the warrenty. The reason they wouldnt repair it is quite simple, but given both your spelling issues and inability to understand simple concepts, I will keep it simple. YOUR TV was going to cost them MORE to fix then it was worth. This means that they were going to cut you a check for the amount YOU paid OR they were going to give you a store credit to pick out a new TV. Instead of taking what they offered, you go and do a end run and get Samsung to repair the screen.

REALLY immature of you  to post a negative review on a site dedicated to ripoffs when YOU have not been ripped off. Its also kinda expected though for low brow slack jawed mouth breathers such as yourself. YOU DID NOT GET YOUR WAY!!!! BOO h*o!!! You must think yourself SO MUCH better then everyone else. Thats the only reaon I can see for both posting a FAKE report AND not taking them up on the offer of store credit. You could have gotten yourself a BETTER tv. But that would require CRITICAL THINKING and COMMON SENSE. Two skill that I feel you lack as a consumer.

Go cry to your momma because she is the only one who will listen to your FAKE drama.

AND I could not stop laughing once I saw your name........REALLY!!!! LAck of braintree is more like it.

FYI: Before you continue to show your ignorance, your warrenty is STILL good as you did not redeem it. That is unless YOU voided your warrenty by going to Samsung, but Im sure you will place the blame on a reputable business instead of owning up to your own ignorance.

What does your WRITTEN extended warranty say about claims?  Have you even read it, or did you throw that useless little piece of paper in the trash with the receipt?

 They DID offer to honor the contract...YOU refused it. I would bet they were following the terms of the policy you agreed too.

BTW, no answer necessary on how stupid you really are...it's pretty evident.
