Pavel Tereshchuk My Safety Belts MySafetyBelts.com ILLEGAL SCAM BUSINESS WITH FRAUD! Westfield Massachusetts
Pavel Tereshchuk is a liar who lives in Westfield, MA and out of jealousy, decided to go against our local company "Safety Restore." Seeing the success that Safety Restore has reached, that aggravated Pavel to express hates towards the owners family and start a business of his own. Pavel Tereshchuk, having absolutely no experience in the automotive industry, used the name "safety belt" and "safety belts" to name his SCAM operation to confuse and drive away customers from Safety Restore. Safety Restore has been repairing safety belts since 2012 and using the common name since then. "Safety belts" are simply the products we repair. Pavel Tereshchuk went so far to try and sue for using it! When that failed, he began harassing the company and their respective owners and employees families.
The owner of Safety Restore, while on a paternity leave where his wife has just given a baby, has been flooded with hate text messages and calls from Pavel Tereshchuk. Constant harassment, threats and hate expressed repeatedly. Pavel Tereshchuk also broke and entered into the Safety Restore's repair facility with efforts to steal information and trade secrets. Pavel Tereshchuk is a criminal walking out in the open! This man is not liked by his own family members and members of his community for repeated lies and pain he caused to many families. He is a CROOK! Now he is scamming the nation with a business that he holds no EXPERIENCE in and used COUNTERFEIT PARTS for repairs.
Pavel Tereshchuk, the owner of MY SAFETY BELTS does not abide the law and does not follow the federal regulations. Pavel ships seat belts using USPS which is ILLEGAL as they are HAZMAT. Pavel used AS COUNTERFEIT PARTS to repair seat belts and lies claiming that they use OEM parts. PAVEL TERESHCHUK harasses families and expresses hate to people around him. Pavel Tereshchk is a LIAR and a THEIF who is trying to sue SAFETY RESTORE out of jealousy!

I am the party that posted the accompanying comments on RipoffReport.com. I did not intend for these comments to discredit, defame or bring ill repute to any individual or persons, in particular Pavel Tereshchuk of My Safety Belts. I made these posts in anger, retract their contents and apologize for any unintended consequences they may have caused.
