Pawn Mart.....Rip off specialist 
 My circular saw, supposed Milwaukee 6390 shipped 27 Nov. 2010.   Received model 6365, not good shape, older model, not near the features.

Have left numerous emails and voice mails.  Called Kelly Frazier today 8 Dec. and as usual got voice mail.  Called back and talked to lady who answered, told her my story. Said she would email Kelly and have her call me.  Still waiting on the call and have a feeling I will be this time next year.  Going to contact BBB and Chamber of Commerce.  Do not think Chamber of Commerce will be happy with this going on in their city.  This place is a rip.  Their prices suck you in.  Hope everyone reads this before they get taken like I have.   Hope this cost them lots of sales.   RIP  OFF  ARTIST

Never once did I hear from Pawn Mart, as a return call. After contacting BBB twice, I did receive an email from Pawn Mart saying my card had been credited with purchase, I could keep wrong product and my actual order would be sent. Waited a week and nothing. Emailed again. Next couple of days did receive credit back and I still have the wrong saw. Said they would send out the original order, haven't and I don't expect to see it. got my money back and a saw. guess it could have been worse.Thanks BBB for the help. Pawn Mart only had to return my first call, correct the error and I would have given them 5 stars. The way it happened and what it took to get what I did, I can not give them over 1 star. Make your own decision before doing business with them by internet.

Update on my original complaint. After contacting BBB , I received an email stating my card had been credited and I would receive the correct item. Nothing after a week. Contacted BBB and forwarded email from Pawn Mart. Two days later I did receive credit for my purchase. Do not expect my original saw to be sent, but at least I received my money back. Let the buyer be ware.
