On February 25, 2010, I ordered an xBox for my boyfriend as a gift. I'm dealing with a divorce and he's currently out of work so money is tight and we thought this might be a good way for us to get an xBox for him to play with my daughters in the evenings when they're home from school.  It has now been over two months and I have seen nothing except the cashing of my check for $25.00.

I have previously been able to check and track my order and it LOOKED as if SOME progress had been made in actually getting the product shipped out. I had sent them an email through their contact form AT LEAST three times a week, if not more.  I informed them that I had their information including their address, phone number, etc. and I would be contacting my attorney as well as the BBB if I did not receive either the product or an email or phone call explaining why I have not received anything.

Nothing. No contact from them whatsoever.  This morning I attempted to check the website (as I do every two days) and now it states that I'm "forbidden" access to the website.  Maybe they've been taken down.  Unfortunately that screws us all out of our $25.00 as well.
