Payment Systems Scam Philadelphia!

Payment Systems is a company based out of Los Angeles, CA 90071. The Gentleman running the scam is named "Travis" They are a credit card processing company, also known as a "Point of Sale" Terminal company. Recently they have been traveling
the nation, Pennsylvania (PA) being one state, looking for unsuspecting college kids, or people down on there luck to join there team of "sales professionals" claiming they make between $1000-$3000 a week! Sounds too good to be true doesn't it? Because it is!!!

What they tell you is the sale is easy, and every business owner can benefit from the way they set up there service, and you'll get 5 appointments per day. They promise they don't pull any mystery charges and extra fees like everyone else does, and they promise lower fees as well.  What they don't tell you is they lie to the business owner just to get you in the door, which 90% of the time results in a friendly "GET THE F**K OUT OF MY BUSINESS AND DON'T CALL ME AGAIN OR ILL KILL YOU!" also, business owners do not want to "lease" terminals. It is a complete rip off. If you don't understand what that means, let me explain.

A business owner has a credit card swiping machine. Every time you use a credit card the business owner gets charged a percentage of the sale, and then a fee, so the calculation may look like this (%2.25 +$0.50 per transaction.) What Payment systems does, is charge a monthly fee (ranging between $80 up to $200) to lower the business owners percentage rate and $ rate per transaction.

For example, you lease the machine for 3 years for $150 per month so your "special rate" is (%1.49 + $0.40 per transactions.) The issue at hand is your now locked into a 3 year contract and there is a good chance you could have gotten the same rates without paying a $150 monthly leasing fee. 

Now lets talk about why this company screws the salesman, and the business owner further. You also get NO COMPENSATION FOR TRAVEL... OR ANYTHING! You need to print your OWN CONTRACTS, which are about 1/4 inch thick, and cost a fortune in paper and in ink. If they ask you to travel around the US, you are responsible for rental car, and hotel and food. NO COMPENSATION.

And what about getting paid if on the rare chance you make a sale? Read on my friends!

Its important to note, the entire team I signed on with wound up quitting within 3 weeks of payment systems scam. The reasons are as follows:

1) They refused to pay out for some of the sales created, claiming they lost money on the sale or some other mysterious reason. (how do you loose money on a sale when you take a percent of every transaction?!)

2) The call center lies to business owners to get your foot in the door, which in turn creates many PISSED business owners who only want to scream at you to vent their frustrations over the 100's of calls Payment Systems has made to their business. Also good to note, many business owners make sure they are not even around at the time of the appointment just to give you the run around.

3) The few customers I did sell, as well as many of my colleges customers they sold all kept calling me/them asking what all these mysterious charges, and double charges were on their bill. 

Payment systems did everything they preached they didn't do! Don't believe me? Just google "payment systems Scam" and
see how many pissed business owners are getting royally screwed! They don't have a single good review! Just HORROR stories!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS A SALES REP AND A BUSINESS OWNER!
