I Promptlly Asked For A Refund To No Available...I Went Through eBay And PayPal With The Complaint Through "Dispute Resolution"
And The Judgement Was For The Seller Who Was In This Instance Dead-Wrong In Selling The Item As A Working Item...Again If He Would Of Packaged It Properly...Maybe Then It May've Worked...
