I bought a 5Mhz. Ultrasound massager to help with the scar tissue associated with rotator cuff surgery I had. The massager worked fine. However it developed a small crack near the cylinder head. The seller, beautiful-is-easy asked me to send it back to Hung M. Chow at 9376 Hambley Circle, Elk Grove CA. 95624. They sent a replacement, but within 3 weeks this one also developed a crack virtually in the same place. The seller told me to send that one back and they would refund the $99.99. I sent it back and didnt hear from them for over a month. I complained to eBay and PayPal which is one in the same. Both said too much time had passed and there was nothing they could do. I then filed a complaint with SquareTrade, also connected with eBay. They notified the seller who responded with an email implying that I (for whatever reason)broke these massagers intentionally, they would not issue a refund and I could have the massager back if I sent them $8.00 more which I did, and I never heard from them again. Now they have my $99.99 plus shipping and the massagers. These items were defective from the begining, the worst thing they could do is give it back to the comsumer, greed made them keep my money, eBay and PayPal only make money on SELLERS! They don't get a cent from buyers!
