I am a seller on Ebay. I sold a "Trail of Painted Ponies" pony. It was perfect when it was shipped- and wrapped in over 4 ft of bubble wrapped- shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. It arrived broken due to shipping. I offered partial refund even though it states in my auction: "No Refunds No Return" and "Seller NOT Responsible for Items Once Shipped- Insurance Recommended!" I FAXED my Photos and Emails to Paypal after I PERSONALLY esclated this to claim to have them look at it. I know I don't owe the buyer anything- she should file claim with USPS since she bought insurance yet she refuses! Paypal emailed me tonight telling me they are issueing the buyer a full refund and she has to ship it back to me. EXCUSE ME??? THEY NEVER LOOKED AT MY EVIDENCE...THEY AUTOMATICALLY SIDED WITH BUYER. THEY NEVER PROTECTED THE SELLER-ME! NOW IM OUT THE MONEY- THE ITEM CAN'T BE SOLD SINCE IT WAS BROKEN DURING SHIPPING- AND AM SCREWED! IM PISSED!
