paypal jts&associates money gone &nocitf. Internet
applied for a birth certificate only asked for a name and billing address, credit card number and jts and associates charged my credit card $19.99. Did not ask any other information pertaining to my birth. Received confirmation by e-mail the Jtsassociates received my $19.99. Have not heard from them since. I think this is a fraud. Please help me solve this problem to receive a refund for something I did not receive.

They did not take your money. You should write another report and title it Jtsassociates.

For birth certificates and other official documents write or E-Mail the State you were born in, not a plausible sounding shyster.
