Ever since E-BAY and PAY-PAL joined forces,it has been white collar crime.I have proof that Pay-pal is overcharging on every item I sell. They insist that their billing cycle is monthly.How about 2 to 3 times a month.I believe that a  vast majority of members are overpaying and losing big profits. I can't see how they get away with what they are doing.For example the last item I sold was an antique Fog Bell from the 1800's.It sold for $51 plus shipping and handling $32.52,Total bill $83.52.paid through PAYPAL. From past sales on EBAY,I owed PAYPAL $116 which I refused to pay.I had to close my bank accountants and cancel credit card.So far that stopped them dead in their tracks. I requested to end my membership and after pages of questions,they refused to end my membership,stating that it was a new billing period and I would have to wait a month before my membership could be canceled. They have some sleazy crew of lawyers guiding them to get the last remaining penny from buyer.
 Back to my story:I got a message on Saturday 11-21-09 and I just got around to opening it today.They threatened me with canceling my membership and since that one sale my bill escalated from 116 to $158.That's $42 in charges,avoiding any highlights or attention grabbers that they offer. I save all of my receipts and would volunteer to be the first on line to voice my grievances.This is what America has become."Lawyers houses are built on the heads of fools."
