Paypal.com Denies Reimbursement of Erroneous Overpayment
A buyer of one of my Ebay auctions erroneously overpaid me thru Paypal services. His bill was $43.89. He paid $4,389.00. I called Paypal for instructions to correct this AND to be reimbursed the $127.58 Paypal transaction fee. I followed Paypal's customer service rep.s' instructions, only to find out 2 weeks later, her instructions were wrong resulting with me eating the $127.58 transaction fee! What a RIP OFF!
I have called Paypal 5 times, I have talked to a person in management. Their employees cannot give me a valid reason for the denied reimbursement, they do not stand behind their employees, they simply do not care about their customers! Please SOMEONE ... I need help to get my money back!
