I am very displeased with your card practices. I purchased the paypower card in April 2013 to deposit my refund with $25. I received my income tax refund on 07/08/2013 and tried to use the card on 07/21/2013 and the card was declined. I check my balance on 07/22/2013 on the Internet and everything was in tact. I called customer service and was notified there was a hold on my account. I inquired why and no one was able to tell me. The only response I received was that I can not contact the risk department they will contact me within 2-3 days. I have bills that are due tomorrow and you guys are stealing my money. I viewed the rip off reports and you have several complaints within the last two years. I should have viewed this earlierier. All I am asking is that you uphold your end of the contract. Your policy states "once your card has been activated you can use it immediately." This is false and you are in breach of contract. I need answer to why you guys are stealing my money.

I sent an email to the following email addresses:
[email protected] and [email protected] and received the generic message of providing my name, card numbers where I bought the card, activation codes, increment amounts, and contact number. I responded with my name contact number and ticket number and informed them because of so many negative reports I will not provide anything lese unless I recieve a phone call from a traceable number. I called again this morning and spoke with Johnny and notified her the conversation was being recorded. She told me to wait another day so if by 07/25/2013 by 6pm I have not received a phone call telling me they have removed the block I will begin to file formal complaints. Not to mention my water was disconnected due to nonpayment on yesterday. I am contacting the fedral trade commission at http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0341-file-complaint-ftc and file a complaint online and send my recorded transcripts of the conversations to
