It took a few months but Mr. Cook was very sorry and my PC was here in 3 days, he even was kind enough to track my package for me and give me the names and phone #'s of the UPS people he contacted when UPS couldn't find my home. Being in customer service for so long. I was very upset but did not email or call with threats or anything. I just emailed them every week and when I spoke with them just kept letting them know that things happen, I just want to be sure that they could get my a computer. I really didn't care how long it took to get the PC as long as I did get it. I am just happy I was not ripped off, they gave me a good scare! I did tell him there are alot of people who have this same complaint, maybe and hopefully he will look into this.
