This company agreed to fix send/receive problems with Outlook for Mac 2011. After having control of my computer for 26 hours and numerous phone calls they, first off, did NOT fix the problem, and secondly they lost all of my folders in which I had all my important emails filed. They then blocked my phone calls at which point I proceeded to call the credit card company. The credit card company was able to get through to them, and after the representative talked with them, the she was alarmed enough to immediately cancel my card and reissue another. These people change their names "Mike, Alex, Alan, Sean" etc. every time you call. They are an absolute ripoff and I questions their intents to such a degree that I have changed all of my passwords and account log-ins.
