PcDirectBiz Divison Of IOnNet LLC. ripoff, no refund after promised one, Computer they tried to sell me Dell did not even offer it anymore Atlanta Georgia
Around 2/2006 i ordered a computer form this co. after the alotted time period I called to see how my order was doing I was told there was abck log of orders do to so many respones.
I called a couple of times after that with the same excuse. I called Dell around 3/1/2006 and was told that that computer the inspiron 1100 laptop series was not avaiable anymore. I then called them and told them what Dell said. they told me they are not affilated with Dell and they had purchased a lot of them from Dell. so I went on line and searched out this business PCdirectbiz and found a lot of complaints about them I went on line and found out they were kicked out as a member of the BBB of GA in 2004 for deceptive business practices. I called the co back and asked them if all the complaints were true and the action from the BBB was true. I was told this is becoming a Issue with you I am closing your order and refunding your money. In 30 days count 30 days from 3/10 puts it around 4/10 at which time I received a phone call aksing if I want my refund or computer seeing how they did not have a 1100 series laptop and the guy calling did not have much information about the laptop I aksed for the refund. he said in about a week. that would put it around 4/17. still have no refund, My wife calls everyday and everyday she gest someone else and a different excuse. This co. should be reported to all 50 state Attorney Generals and be shut down. there the biggest scam going.
