PcDirectbiz.com ripoff, No communication, No refund Atlanta Georgia
I filled out the application, got approved. They took the $99 from my checking account.
Sent everything to (PcDirectbiz)..
9 Weeks later still nothing...I call and all I get is "We're backed up and have no information on when your computer will be shipped."
I called about 13 times and send e-mails to every e-mail address on the (PcDirectbiz.com) website..
I never once received an e-mail back..I sent about 20 e-mails.. The only e-mail I received from them was when I finally cancelled and asked for a refund..
They say that the agreement says "No refund of the $99 down payment" but if they sell the system I ordered, they will refund it.
Also after I went through the trouble I read other complaints on this site.. I would have been paying like $2400 for a $500 system..I think it would be wrong for them to keep the $99, I mean really. What did they do to deserve a free $99?
My oppinion is that these people are scam artists and no matter how badly I need a computer, I will nevvvvvver deal with these people again. Or any other less than perfect credit computer financing company..If I hear anything from them about the refund I will let you know..Thanks
