Jessica, I was reading through this website trying to find a good phone for these guys. On 11/24/06 I was checking my banking online when I saw a posted debit from PC Directbiz for $99. I called my bank to see if this was a debit or credit, since I never did get the original $99 back. It was a debit. Like you, I canceled an order, but mine was back in March. I never received a refund and kind of chalked it up to a stupid mistake and moved on. But now I am livid that they had the nerve, after 9 months, to take an additional $99 from me. I have called and left messages for three guys at 1-770-436-0308. All the other numbers I have found don't work. I also emailed everyone on their customer contact page. I am planning on calling and emailing everyday, many times a day until they just want me to go away and respond. If I here from them I will let you know what method of contact worked. If you get through please post on here. I am sure we aren't the only ones this happened to. I just searched rip off report because back in April I had put a complaint on here and it had the phone number on it. Let me know how it turns out.

No updates yet, im still trying to contact someone....im getting no where, their voice mail states someone will call u back as soon as possible and im getting nothing also sent them an email and nothing some numbers i have found dont work anymore.
