PCS DIVISION OF CINGULAR WIRELESS ripoff ALLOWED SOMEONE TO USE MY SSN TO PURCHASE A PHONE BOCA RATON Florida
I keep recieving letters and bills from a collection office, named, Wilbur and Assoc, who is collection agency for PCS. Someone, by the name of Bruce Devito (according to the report) used my social securitynumber to purchase 2 cell phones and I am being billed for them.
I keep calling and faxing them, that, I do not live at the posted address, nor, would i ever give anyone my ssn. I refuse to pay the bills and am afraid that my crdit rating will be ruined.
Why doesnt cingular look into this ?? This is identity theft and cingular is reposnsible

Hi, Try contacting the Experion or Trans union. Unfortunately if the collection agency is contacting you it's probably already on your credit report. You still dispute this with the actual credit bureau.
