Former Employee
San Francisco,#2UPDATE Employee
Mon, May 18, 2009
The web has become a wild wild west when disgruntled dismisssed employees for performance reasons can blackmail their former employers claiming that if the former employer does not pay amounts requested that are in excess of $10,000, the employee will continue to write negative reviews under various anonymous names that will cost the company more than the $10,000 ranson.

Ron Drori (CEO), Dan (Daniel) Grant (CFO) and Joan Loof (VP) [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] These people are the masterminds of this company that have ruined thousands of peoples credit. Household Bank, ShoppersCharge and now GE are the banks they have worked with to extend people credit. It is unbelievable that this company is still in business!!! As a former employee all your complaints on this website as well as other websites are just a few in a million. I used to work for them UNFORTUNATELY! And just as bad as they treat their customers they treat their employees. Believe it if anyone says they are scammers. These complaints were typical when I used to work for them. Your complaints fall on deaf ears unless you threaten to sue or go to the attorney general. That's why Mr.Kim (customer service king) is on these websites responding to your complaints. Only the screamers will get results!! It's a little suprising that no class action has been brought against PD but more surprising that there are just a handful of people that have had the courage to put them on blast! More victims need to come forward. This company has been financially unstable from day one. They cannot afford to pay their vendors which is why they cannot ship your product. They cannot refund you in the meantime because that means they have to reimburse GE and they have no money. It is such a bad business practice, if not illegal, to charge people before product ships and Peach has been notorious for doing that. A simple check is to ask for the date you we're charged on your Peach account (this should be on your statement) and ask for the proof of delivery and check the date it shipped. Those two dates should be the same! I can almost guarantee they have charged your account prior to shipment. Start there and complain endlessly to GE and definitely take this up with the Attorney General or an attorney. If you received an expired return label...i'm not surprised. This was another typical complain. The most common complain was "i got a bill but no product!" or "i got a bill and a late fee but no product". I could go on and on about this company but quite frankly I hope more of you come forward so this company's operation can be stopped for good!

I was a bit concerned about this company but needed a new computer, I recieved their offer for $2000.00 credit on July 3, 2007 I ordered a HP computer, Printer, Scanner, & 19 LCD monitor on July 5, 2007. I read the fine print about 2-3 weeks for delivery. Yesterday everything came via UPS all in perfect condition! They have shown me that you should not always believe everything you read! I will update this information if there should be any problems but as of right now everything is GREAT!
