Peak Funding, Joseph Patterson this company nearly ripped me off but im still afraid because they have my valuable information Garden City New York
I found this company in the county newspaper. So i thought it was ok. I called them put in my application and waited for a response.
A man by the name of Joseph Patterson called me back in about 1 1/2 wks. He informed me that my loan was approved but in other for me to received the loan of $5000(which was the minimum I could borrow)I would hav to pay an insurance deposite of $685.26.
The insurance was in any account of:loss of job,death,and long/short term disability.
He had me to fax him a copy of my drivers license, social security card,pay stub,and proof of address. He also faxed me my loan diclosure and loan agreement.
I was suppose to sent the money on Friday November 4,2005 but my money was running short so i was going to try and get the rest over the weekend. Today i decided to check the company out on the internet and much to my surprise there was Peak Funding along with Joeseph Patterson name ripping people off.
I was saved from loosen money getting more behind. But this man still has my personal information. These people need to be stopped. Its not fair to people who are already behind to be ripped off even more. Its not fair for them to do it to anyone.
I am a recent single mom with two kids, no support and bills I cant seem to catch up on. So, it was very easy for a deal like that to grab a person like me.
