Pebble Creek Apartments Staff Rude, "pass the buck" Attitude, Contract -must have- Esquire after name to Understand Taylors South Carolina
Pebble Creek Apartments
The attitude of this apartment staff is rude to say the least. In this descriptive word "rude" I am giving them the "benefit of the doubt". I spoke today with a "Jenifer" who was of no help whatsoever and characteristically "passed the buck" to someone who was not available. Wonder how many people I will have to speak to in order to get an answer to my question.
My wife rented here for several years. I only have had dealings with this company for a few short months. In deciding what the last 11 days of her rent would cost, this company changed its mind four times. I always thought you just divided the rent by 30days and took 11days of that amount. I guess that math is too simple, or "somethings afoot"!
They are thief's as far as I am concerned. The atmosphere of management in this establishment is that of a rude "stab you, if I can" feeling. They also put off answering questions forwarding them to as many people as they can being rude in their attempt to frustrate any articulate dialog on resolving any problems. These people appear on the surface to be professional but rest assured once you have signed their rental contract you become a number. Your looked down the nose upon as a "rental". The "Old South" if I have ever experienced it.
Speaking of their rental contract, if you can call it such, is the most outrageous abuse of legal clauses I have ever seen. I am a Business person with a background in law. Franchise Agreements, are less slanted in their clauses toward the Franchiser than Pebble Creeks rental contract is slanted toward them, and almost as complicated! I suggest, unless you have an "esquire" behind your name you pass on dealing with this group. You will come out on the "short end of the stick"......
Throw this "Pebble" as far away from you as you can. Their Registered Agent is LARRY D ESTRIDGE of Greenville. He is representing a group in Atlanta, called Taylors Apartments LLC, ( Deed Book-Pg 2298-43) but they hide using the famous "Incorporated in Delaware"..... No wonder this group does not care! Try to get the owners.....ha, ha. They use a Harvard Law School graduate as their "Registered Agent" in the state. I would call that big cannons! Think they expect trouble with their contracts and treatment of people?
