Be very careful what you order from Pebble Tile Mosaics.
Predators. I received my order and realized that size is to big for our project. I need to exchange pebbles for smaller size pebbles but twice bigger order.
Explained everything in email to customer service. Ask for exchange credit. Their customer service answer was:"we don't accept returns on loose pebble." That's it? I got better service in China. Not to mention Pebble Tile Mosaics use carton US Mail Priority Box for shipment of 40 lbs stones. No wonder so many of stones were broken inside that box. What a rip-off...

As is plainly stated on our Customer Service page, "We highly encourage you to order samples of the product you are interested in to avoid returns. For loose pebble, buy the smallest box available as a sample. No returns on loose pebble, loose glass, single sample sheets, or any less than 11 sheets of the same tile will be accepted."
To further clarify, we provide free shipping on everything, this includes samples. What that translates to is a zero profit, sometimes even a loss after labor, on samples. We do this to ensure our customer is going to be satisfied with the product, particularly because the majority of what we sell is a natural stone product.
