Do Not Use Peek!
I ordered Peek in August 2010 for my sons b-day. He could not get it to work and service was minimal in our area even after the site said it was excellent coverage. We finally got some support and got it working for a few weeks (Sept - Oct).
We ordered the Peek9 hoping there would be no more problems, well that didn't arrive for weeks finally once received in November Peek severs went down and no more service. No matter how many calls, tickets and emails, no one would get back to us. We finally requested it be canceled and now we have been continuously charged for 2 more months.
I have my bank working on fraud charges and will contact whoever to get this so called company stopped.
Do not use Peek!!
