Pella Windows And Doors Seal failure, Glass Spotting, Rotting Wood, LowE failure Knoxville, Tennessee
I've experienced many problems with my Pella Architect Series Windows and Doors, including cladding problems, seal failure, spotting on the glass, rotting wood among other issues. These Pella windows and doors were installed throughout my house in 1995. Pella refuses to acknowledge these claims. Problems with the windows and doors began less than 10 years after installation. Pella offered a 10 year warranty on glass and seal failure and a 1 year warranty on "product." What was the warranty? You are complaining about 15 year old doors and windows.
