pendot 3 1/2 months trying to get title Harrisburg, PA 17104 pa
Contacted penndot for title april 1 for replacement title cashed check 22.50 april 4 no title wrote 7 emails 80 days later recieve email there is still lien on title send noterized letter fron lien holder 8 years ago send another $22.5 + $5.00 will get title 2 days Finally get in touch on phone said first title mailed and returned they probably sent to old address from 2 years ago. Cashed second check now said was no lien on title said mailed 11th from harrisburg (90 miles away) 4 days later still not recieved doubt will ever recieve title. said no chance of a refund (i guss their policy is your screwed)
