PennDOT Unlawful federal thugs Harrisburg Pennsylvania
I have been unlawfully been restrained from driving. I was out of the country in a health professional capacity when a letter was sending to suspend my vehicle registration. I was unable to contact make an appearance on this issue: so I decided to service the suspension from 03/13-6/13. I return to the country in July, I paid the restoration fees and additional cost. I was stop in July; I fought the tickets in district court and loss. But I appealed the decision with the common pleas court receiving a not guilty decision for and plead to a lesser charge for one ticket. The suspension for the guilty decision in August was supposed to accrue from 10/13-12/13. I had my common pleas court hearing on 11/26/13 and the case was dismissed. I was supposed to be receiving the registration back. I checked the file the paper was sent out 12/2/2013 but Penn Dot didn't change the status of the registration. I contact the court, they overnight the file 02/01/2014 but Penn Dot hasn't changed the file. I contacted the customer care department but, the rep mention that no file was sent from the court and the suspension is still imposed. It a disgrace that a federal agency has to the right to unlawfully revokes driving services for law abiding taxpaying citizens.

This is a 100% state agency enforcing both State and Fedral laws.
