Pennzoil - Quaker State- Shell Oil Rebate Fuel Savings Called Rebate Center until my ear almost fell off. Shell Rebate Center 866-707-6737 Houston Nationwide
Purchase Quaker State Oil from local store with a rebate and also 10 cents off per gallon of gas from Shell Fuel Savings Card per each quart of oil. 18 bottles did not have codes to enter under the cap so I scanned the receipt and uploaded into the website per the instructions. I got no response from them in September of 2014. I let it go for a few weeks and then called them in end of September 2014. They stated they did not get the upload of documentation/proof of purchase so I uploaded it again. I waited a week and contacted them again.
I then called again to 866-707-6737 and talked to the customer service rep on the phone about not getting credit for the $1.80 off per gallon on a 20 gallon purchase for the purchase of 18 bottles of oil. This equated to $36.00. I was not tracking the date and time of the phone calls at this point.
September (3 calls) and Ocotber (4 calls) passed without getting the Fuel Savings. In November I stated to track the dates and times I called them at 866-707-6737. They did say there was a case number 8468*** assocaiated with the issue

MY Email to them: "Felecia,I talked to you on the phone today about missing fuel points for the Fuel Savings Card. Thank you for taking my call today. I have uploaded this directely to you again with the two attached PDFs."

Jan 12 2015 Voicemail was the only option to communicate
Needless to say they give the run around every call with no action. This appears to be a total rip off that has impacted 5 of my friends and one of my children. So counting me that is 7 people so far just in my small circle.
