This company called People Helping People is in the insurance business. Their business is all about recruiting and selling products to the people they recruit.
It is run by a guy named Patrick BetDavid. He is the head chief of the company.
If you have been approached by this company, be aware they are not offering you a job. Anyone leading you to think it's a job is not telling the truth.
You are being offered a career as an insurance sales person. The fee to "join" the company, even though they say you are being interviewed, is $275.00. Be ready to also get a policy for yourself, otherwise they won't work with you.
You also need to give up all your personal contacts, otherwise, they won't work with you.
People are starting to leave the company. One of their big players in the company went back to World Financial Group, where he came from.
It appears to be a good company, other than the fact, they are not up front with you about what it will take to be successful with them.
You should be aware that most of the agents don't understand what they are selling.
Everyone over there is hoping for the big payday! They have been told they get "ownership" if they work hard for 3 years.
They are trying to be another Primerica.

Who was the agent who went back to World Financial Group? I would love to get their perspective.
