6/29/2014 : I purchased a GROUPON for a one month membership for OURTIME.com... I did exactly as the website instructed and used the web address for ourtime instructed by Groupon... Everything looked normal... it even requested my GROUPON redemption code, while I completed... the website instructed me to enter my debit card number as I knew it was a one month trial and it would auto renew if i did not cancel at the end of the month... I was online with my bank and noticed the charge from OURTIME for $27.98.. I ALREADY PAID THE MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE THROUGH GROUPON... I proceeded to contact customer care for OURTIME...THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT.. THEY SAID IT WAS MY PROBLEM THAT GROUPON DIDNT WORK AND THEY REFUSED TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND REFUND THE MONEY.. I asked to speak to a supervisor... I explained there must of been a glitch in their system and I already paid through GROUPON.. HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!
